The Mez Club is looking for a Bar Manager who wants a well-balanced role in a quality venue. This is a full time salaried position, capped at 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Lead a capable bar team with clear systems already set
Keep drinks sharp, consistent and bar processes efficient
Train and mentor bartenders who genuinely want to improve
Oversee batching, prep and stock
Maintain a smooth, relaxed guest experience
About you
Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence on the tools
Steady leadership, clear communication and a calm presence
Someone who values standards and enjoys running a clean, tight bar
