About the role
n
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Minto NSW facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our daily operations.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as required
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
n
Documenting production data, including material usage, machine downtime, and quality issues
n
Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervisors
n
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
n

What we're looking for

Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production setting
n
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
n
Good attention to detail with an ability to produce consistent, quality output
n
Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
n
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
n
Reliability and punctuality with a professional approach to work
n
Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate in a manufacturing environment
n
Knowledge of process lines
n
Forklift Licence an advantage but not essential
n
