We are seeking a committed and professional
Part time Accounts Payable
to join our team at O.P. Industries Pty Ltd in Wangaratta, VIC. Hours will be Mon-Thurs 9.00am - 3.00pm Friday 8am - 5pm (30hrs per week)
What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls and customer service
Accounts Payable - processing and data input of invoices, purchase orders and amendments
Payment of accounts as advised by the Accounts Manager
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite.
Accounting package Timberline Office, training will be provided.
Experience is essential in Accounts Payable.
