Access Consultant: Sydney NSW $120K - $170K (all experience levels considered)

Join a highly reputable, well-established certification and BCA consultancy as they launch a dedicated Access Consultancy division
n
Genuine ground-floor opportunity to build a service offering from scratch; shape the templates, frameworks and processes that the business will run on
n
Strong existing client base already asking for accessibility advice; steady pipeline of RFTs and repeat work from day one
n
Broad and varied project exposure across education, health, commercial, residential and public sector work, including major CBD refurbishments and large-scale campus developments
n
Clear pathway into senior consulting and leadership, with genuine influence over the direction of the practice
n
Hybrid working arrangements: approx 3 days per week in the office, balanced with site visits and WFH flexibility

Hands-on access to Senior Leaders and Directors

Strong support for CPD and further technical development

Continuing professional development and mentoring

You must be/have
n
n
Current accreditation with the Association of Consultants in Access Australia (ACAA)
n
Demonstrated experience as an Access Consultant within the built workplace sector
n
Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards (including AS **** series) and accessibility legislation
n
Experience preparing access reports, technical advice and performance-based solutions
n
Proficient with practical templates, frameworks and quality systems
n
Comfortable mentoring and upskilling colleagues in access methodology and reporting
n
A detail oriented and attentive person that takes pride in their work
n
Have a stable career history

Have an openness and willingness to learn and better yourself as you go
n
Driven, energetic, and self-motivated to succeed in whatever the role throws at you
n
