Our client is seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Sutherland Shire regions of Sydney, New South Wales,this role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.You'll bring hands-on expertise and robust communication skills to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with clients and site representatives.

About you & Qualifications
Certificate III in Carpentry
Proven experience as a carpenter within residential construction
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or willingness to step into a leadership role
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to coordinate trades and work effectively within a team
A strong commitment to safety and quality
White Card and full Australian working rights
Current driver's licence.
