Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)

APG Workforce are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team supporting a major Federal Government organisation. This role offers the prospect to work on business-critical digital transformation initiatives using the Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and modern web technologies.

You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering innovative solutions that directly support operational outcomes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages
n
Develop modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Vue.js
n
Deliver full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and JSON-based integrations
n
Build and maintain integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Power Automate
n
Contribute to application architecture, reusable components,



development standards and best practices
n
Support CI/CD processes, source control and release management through Azure DevOps
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, developers and testers to deliver quality outcomes
n

Essential Skills & Experience

Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
Dataverse
n
Power Platform, including Power Pages
n
JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
n
Modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js
n
C#, .NET, REST APIs and SQL
n
Azure integration technologies including: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Power Automate
n
Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines
n
Working within Agile multidisciplinary delivery teams
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
n
Security Clearance Applicants must currently hold, or be capable of obtaining, a Baseline Security Clearance.

Highly Desirable

Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Generative AI or intelligent automation solutions
n
Microsoft certifications across: Power Platform, Dynamics 360, Azure, AI Technologies
