We're growing and looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Admin Officer to join our Oz Education family at our Wyong centre.
About the Role
As our Admin Officer, you'll be one of the friendly faces families see when they walk through our doors. You'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while building genuine relationships with families, educators, and our local community.
This is a permanent part-time position, with 3 days per week preferred. We understand that flexibility matters, so hours can be flexible for the right person.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing enrolments, bookings, family accounts, and CCS
Answering phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
Supporting family enquiries, tours, and enrolments
Building positive relationships with families, educators, and the community
Providing administrative support to educators and centre leadership
Keeping the centre organised and helping things run smoothly
About You
You're someone who enjoys working with people, loves being organised, and can confidently juggle a few things at once.
You'll bring:
A friendly, approachable, and positive personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
Previous administration experience, ideally within early childhood

Essential Requirements
Current Child Protection Training
Understanding of child protection and safeguarding responsibilities
Knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations and relevant child protection legislation
Understanding of professional boundaries and appropriate behaviours when working with children
Ability to identify and respond appropriately to indicators of abuse, harm, or neglect
Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements relating to children and families
Experience following and implementing child-protected policies and procedures
Screening Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to undergo comprehensive screening, including:
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Verification of qualifications
Professional reference checks
Employment is subject to satisfactory completion of all required child safety screening and clearance processes.
