Your recent role
We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Baggage Services Agent to join our passionate team at Brisbane International Airport. The successful applicant will support the Passenger Services department and play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive airport experience by assisting both Customer Airlines and Passengers with their baggage queries.
Key responsibilities
Handling customer airlines/passenger baggage queries
Process baggage files in line with Menzies and Airline procedures
Ensuring safe operating procedures are being followed
Regular lifting of passenger baggage, up to 32kgs
Prompt answering of phone calls and emails
Updates to passengers awaiting missing luggage within prescribed timelines
About you
Previous MHL/World tracer experience (desirable but not essential)
A positive and professional attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
High level attention to detail
Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
Ability to work as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision.
