The Events Coordinator plays a key role in delivering successful fundraising events and providing essential administrative support across the organisation. Working closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager, you will assist with event planning, volunteer coordination, digital content, donor engagement and office administration. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal prospect for someone who enjoys variety and working with people.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the planning, delivery and evaluation of Foundation events.
Coordinate event logistics, timelines and administrative requirements.
Manage ticketing, registrations and attendee communications.
Coordinate suppliers, venues, contractors and event resources.
Support event sponsorship fulfilment and stakeholder engagement.
Assist with website updates and digital fundraising platforms.
Create and schedule social media content.




Maintain accurate donor, sponsor, volunteer and event records.
Assist with Salesforce and CRM data management.
About you
Qualification in events, business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in events, marketing, administration, customer service or community engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail.
Current driver's licence.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
