Key responsibilities:
n
n
Manage purchase order processing and tracking across multiple locations
n




Follow up on stock movements and load sheets to ensure data accuracy
n
Coordinate Chep transfers and update records in real time
n
Support day‐to‐day admin operations to keep workflows efficient
n
Collaborate across teams and sites to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
n
Complete stock transfers and adjustments as required.
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or FMCG industries.
n
Robust organisational and time‐management skills
n
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
n
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple site teams
n
Hands‐on experience with purchase orders and stock movement systems preferred
n
Availability for a shift Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and adaptable to multi‐site responsibilities
