n Human Resources & Management Systems [ nHRMS ] is seeking a Databricks Solution Architect in Sydney to design and lead enterprise Data & AI solutions. You will work with customers to architect scalable data platforms across AWS, Azure and/or GCP, and drive end-to-end Databricks implementations from discovery to production.

The role requires hands-on Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake expertise, plus solid consulting skills and the ability to mentor teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
