As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:
Support the daily operations of the centre alongside the Centre Manager
Help create a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented team culture
Build meaningful and lasting relationships with families and the local community
Support quality outcomes by mentoring educators to Meet and Exceed the National Quality Standards
Contribute to engagement and occupancy growth through thoughtful communication and community connection
About You
You are someone who leads with kindness and confidence and brings:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
Leadership experience within early childhood (Assistant or Centre Manager experience preferred)
A current Working with Children Check
Confidence in supporting compliance, quality, and operational goals
A genuine passion for supporting educators and creating positive outcomes for children and families
