About the Role
n
FMCG manufacturer specializing in personal care, home care, cosmetics, and consumer products. Forklift Operators play a key role in supporting warehouse, production, and dispatch operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the facility
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate High Reach, Counterbalance, and other licensed forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
n
Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries.
n
Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.
n
Put away stock and replenish pick locations as required.
n
Conduct stock transfers and inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
n
Pick and stage orders for dispatch.
n
Ensure accurate pallet labelling and product identification.
n
Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and report equipment issues.
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
n
Follow all WHS, GMP, quality assurance, and site procedures.
n
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).




n
Experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
n
Experience within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries is highly regarded.
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is advantageous
n

Duties Include
n
n
Receiving inbound stock.
n
Supplying production lines with raw materials and packaging.
n
Removing finished goods from production.
n
Pallet wrapping and staging for dispatch.
n
Inventory and stock control support.
n
General warehouse housekeeping and compliance activities
