Role Overview
This role is a key leadership position responsible for establishing and leading enterprise planning, governance, and enablement capability across our clients growing organisation.
The Enterprise Enablement Manager (EEM) will design and embed strategy-to-execution disciplines, enabling the organisation to effectively prioritise, plan and deliver strategic outcomes.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Enterprise planning & prioritisation across the organisation
Design and embed planning frameworks and governance rhythms
Lead strategy-to-execution alignment and execution discipline
Establish enterprise-wide change capability and business improvement practices.
Provide governance on initiative intake, prioritisation and delivery sequencing
Work closely with the PMO in ensuring goals and strategies are delivered upon.
Ideal Candidate Profile




Experienced in establishing or maturing enterprise-level functions or capabilities
Solid enterprise planning, governance and prioritisation experience
Demonstrated ability to influence Senior Leaders and ELT.
Experience in designing operating models and enterprise frameworks
Background in transformation, strategy execution or business improvement
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building capability from the ground up

Critical Experience Required
End-to-end enterprise planning and functional planning cycles
Capacity modelling and scenario planning
Design and implementation of enterprise change frameworks
Integration of planning with financial governance
Experience working directly with and influencing ELT
Establishing and embedding enterprise methodologies
Establishing a framework/approach/methodology/process to guide and govern strategic investment decisions
