The Opportunity

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Boutique. You'll lead from the front, support your team and help create a positive, energetic environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships
n
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
n
Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
Assist with rostering, wage control and stock management
n
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
n
Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team culture
n

Has previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience

Comes from a fashion or premium retail background

Is commercially driven and confident working with KPIs and sales targets

Has a genuine passion for customer service and styling

Is an engaging leader who can coach and develop a team
n
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
n
Is confident, motivated and leads by example
