A great position has become available within the Mike Carney Toyota Team for a Courtesy Bus Driver with an immediate start.
We are looking for a reliable individual,punctual individual who is smart in appearance and has a pleasant guest facing manner, age is no barrier. The Courtesy Bus driver will support the guests from our Service Department by providing a convenient service to and from the Dealership.
Key Job Function & Accountabilities
The Courtesy Bus Driver carries out a range of duties related to supporting the Service Department and its guests.
Determine guest's needs and communicate to relevant staff
Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealership to all guests
Ensure guests are dropped off and picked up in a safe environment and timely manner
Ensure Courtesy vehicle is always clean, fuelled and ready to go
Determine guest's needs and communicate to relevant staff
Help to maintain a clean and tidy guest lounge area




There maybe additional duties as directed by Service Manager when there are no courtesy runs
Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience
Current and valid manual DriversLicence
Proven ability to communicate and determine guests needs
Punctual
Desirable Skills / Qualifications / Experience
Basic automotive knowledge and experience
Defensive driving course
