About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Emergency team as the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of the Emergency Department located at our Horsham Campus.
The NUM will be responsible for providing sound inspiration, leadership and management to the Emergency services multi-disciplinary team, with a focus on the growth and enhancement of Emergency services within the Grampians Health network.
The Emergency team at Grampians Health have a well-deserved and strong reputation for innovation providing evidence-based care for our patients located across Western Victoria.

2-3 years leadership and people management experience

Post graduate qualifications in management or working towards same (desirable)
