We're looking for a genuine hospitality leader who takes ownership, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences every day, with the potential to grow with the business.
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly customer-focused and thrive on creating memorable guest experiences.
Take pride in the venue and treat it as if it were their own.
Have exceptional attention to detail and maintain impeccable presentation and operational standards.
Be proactive,

Have robust knowledge of gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling requirements.
Be an excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with guests, team members and the wider leadership team.
