Quality Control for Camper Trailer and Caravan Company
We are looking for a team player to join our busy environment with ability to prepare new MDC Camper Trailers and Offroad Caravans to the highest standard off the back of our production line.
As a Quality Control team member, you will play a critical role in the final stage of caravan preparation, ensuring every caravan meets our quality standards before delivery to the customer. This role combines quality control inspection with hands-on finishing work, including minor adjustments, cabinetry finishing, silicone work, and coordinating contractors to ensure caravans are presented to the highest standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, hands-on trade skills, and pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct final quality control inspections on caravans prior to customer delivery.
Review the completed caravan build against final product standards and specifications.
Identify and rectify minor defects, damage, or finishing issues prior to delivery.
Perform finishing work including gap filling, cabinetry adjustments,



silicone sealing and general finishing tasks.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure outstanding work is completed to the required standard.
Ensure all caravans meet presentation, workmanship and quality expectations before handover.
Report any significant build or quality issues to management.
Assist the Pre-Delivery team in ensuring caravans are ready for delivery and customer handover.
About You
Experience in caravan manufacturing, cabinetry, finishing, or quality control highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Hands-on with the ability to complete minor finishing and repair work.
Ability to identify defects and maintain high quality standards.
Solid communication skills to coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Trade background in cabinetry, carpentry, or similar field is advantageous.
