Store Manager
to help lead our
Cosmetica Indooroopilly
store in
QLD
on a
fixed term
until
February ****.
Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help
the team create
seamless
and memorable
customer
experiences
Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and

providing
feedback
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail workplace where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
