Manager Regulatory Operations Policy and Practice
Reporting to the Executive Director, Safeguarding and Regulation, you will lead a specialist team that supports consistent, effective and contemporary regulatory practice. You'll provide expert advice and practical guidance to shape how regulatory schemes are designed, implemented and continuously improved.
This is an prospect to influence regulatory practice, strengthen operational frameworks and make a meaningful contribution to effective safeguarding and regulation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Manage a team to lead divisional projects and initiatives to deliver continuous improvement of regulatory practice within each scheme, including operational policy positions, practice frameworks, standard operating procedures and supporting tools and resources.
Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to strengthen scheme design, practice and operational processes,



using evidence including data, feedback, intelligence and lessons learned to drive ongoing improvement and reform.
Drive effective information sharing between SSR regulatory schemes, co-regulators and peer regulators and other agencies for safeguarding purposes.
