As a Marketing Assistant at Bulk Commodities Department, you will be responsible for:
Process customer applications according to work requirements;
Distribute jobs to all relevant parties/departments in a timely manner;
Follow up work process to ensure it is conducted in accordance with work requirements and report to clients in a timely manner;
Issue certificate/report and invoice according to work procedure;
Responsible for the statistical archiving management including Data Entry and sorted out client documents;
Analyze client data and make suggestions on client service;
Ensure document delivery to customers (email/post);
Quote and account receivable follow ups;
Liaise with clients, assist to develop and maintain valuable relationship with clients. Fluent in English and Mandarin is required;
