Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs and further build their teams both locally and nationally.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
n
Identify and engage high-calibre candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
n
Provide consultative insights to clients on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
n
Drive new business opportunities through business development activities.
n
Keep the candidate pipeline warm and ensure a quality shortlist for each vacancy.

Proven success in recruitment, within the Australian engineering and building markets.

Robust stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a high level of organisational skills.
n
Knowledge of industry-specific niches is a plus but not essential.
