DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the friendly and professional face greeting our guests
Provide amazing sequence of service and guide the customers through their dining experience
Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items




Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
Provide exceptional quality, consistent offerings to our guests
Assist in providing an elevated customer experience from the moment they walk in.

Highest level of presentation and grooming standards

Able to follow direction and hold yourself to a high standard

Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years' Experience in a similar role is ideal
Fine dining experience is highly regarded
Able to follow premium restaurant sequence of service
Strong wine and food pairing knowledge is advantageous
