Job Description
Join our friendly team at Complete Dental Eatons Hill. We are looking for a casual or part-time Dental Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our dentists and ensuring the efficient running of the practice. With a focus on patient care and customer service, your primary responsibilities will involve chairside assisting, sterilisation and answering the phone if required. The position will be two days per week; Monday and Thursday.

The days/hours are not flexible so this position will not suit students.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures, passing instruments and helping to maintain a clean and organised work workplace
n
Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments according to strict infection control protocols
n
Maintaining accurate patient records
n
Ensuring the dental surgery is clean, stocked and prepared for the day's procedures
n
What we're looking for
n
Excellent communication and patient service skills, with the ability to put patients at ease
n
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
n
Proficient in using computer programs
n
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
n




Experience is preferred but not necessary, we will train the right person for our team
n
Someone with flexibility and able to cover when staff are sick/on holidays
