About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager to join Sale Street Dental on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. You will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control,



while maintaining exceptional service quality.
Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
About You:
Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Available to commit to a 3–6 month fixed-term contract.
