We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable professional to fill the fulltime role of Inventory Officer at our Supply Solutions branch located in Girraween.
About the role:
The role of the Inventory Officer is to assist in inventory movements, conduct maintenance and assist in ensuring that the overall health of the inventory is in order.
Duties:
Assist in the movement of inventory via stock transfers between warehouses
Daily inventory analysis, identify slow moving items, short shelf life products, stock rotation concerns
Review daily expiry reports to identify any issues and monitor out of stocks
Perform a variety of administration duties as required including generating of reports
Liaise with the warehouse, purchasing,



admin and other departments in a professional manner
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous however not required
Robust analytical skills and high attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills, using Microsoft Office programs including excel and word
Excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation
Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative to control, manage and continually improve quality of work and efficiency
