Bookkeeping/office support role covering AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting and admin
Growing privately owned commercial construction & project management SME (NSW clients).
Parramatta CBD (on-site). $*****k + super. 12-month fixed-term contract.

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, privately ownedcommercial construction and project management businessbased inParramatta CBD. The team is fun, friendly and genuinely tight-knit,

The Role
A mixed position of bookkeeping and office administration:
Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
Reconciliations and basic reporting
Raising purchase orders
Maintaining inbox
Office coordination and scheduling
Admin support
General ad hoc tasks.
Your Background
Our client is looking for a candidate with the following criteria:
1-2 years experience across accounts/admin or bookkeeping
Proactive, high-energy approach to work
Willing to learn and take on current tasks
Confident communication skills
