We're seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry | Wall & Floor Tiling| Painting & Decorating| Solid Plastering Trainer & Assessor to deliver following programs:
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. OR
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling . OR
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Solid Plastering, OR
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry
n

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s).
n
Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs **** and industry requirements.
n
Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance.
n




Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
n
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
n
n
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
n
n
CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry, OR CPC***** Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR CPC***** Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, OR CPC***** Certificate III in Solid Plastering (or higher) or equivalent qualification.
n
Current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred. For the right candidate, the College may provide support to help you obtain this qualification.
n
Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure.
n
Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
n
Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs **** and compliance requirements.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
n
Previous experience in delivering and assessing CPC***** or CPC***** or CPC***** or similar qualifications.
n
Strong connections with the construction industry.
n
