About the Role:
n
As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with orders and ensuring our shop looks its best every day.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Create bespoke floral designs for all occasions
n
Assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
n
Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants
n
Manage stock, unpack deliveries, and maintain a tidy workspace
n
Take orders in person, by phone.
n
What We Are Looking For:
n
A qualified florist with experience in retail floristry
n




Minimum Certificate II in Floristry qualification
n
Minimum 3+ years of floristry experience
n
Creativity and a strong design sense
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
n
Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times
n
Must have Australian work rights
n
