Job Description
We are seeking a Retail casual sales assistant to join the Fella Hamilton team in Kenmore, QLD. This is a casual position approximately ***** hrs per week, that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment. As a Retail casual sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our store. This position is based on-site at our Kenmore QLD **** location.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience
n
Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
n
Assisting customers with product information and helping them find items they are looking for
n
Maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and properly stocked
n
Handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
n
Operating the till and processing payments via various methods
n
Supporting the team with general store duties, including tidying and organising stock areas
n
Promoting store products and special offers to customers
n

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
n




Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to casual working arrangements
n
A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Basic IT skills and familiarity with retail systems (desirable but not essential)

Weekend availability a must
