We're growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy talking with others and want to develop their communication skills in a supportive workplace.

No previous experience is required. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service or looking for a fresh start, we'll provide the training and ongoing support you need to learn the role.

About The Role
n
This is a phone-based customer engagement role where you'll speak with existing supporters and have positive, professional conversations.
n
You'll receive structured training and ongoing coaching while developing valuable skills in communication, customer engagement and relationship building.
n




Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

Speaking with existing supporters over the phone
n
Having positive and professional conversations
n
Building rapport and strong customer relationships
n
Discussing ongoing support opportunities
n
Following established systems and processes
n
Working towards individual and team goals
n
Maintaining accurate customer information
n
Participating in ongoing coaching and training
n
Working alongside a supportive team
n
n
Who We're Looking For

Previous experience isn't essential.

Location & Hours

Location: Strathpine, QLD
n
Monday–Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm
n
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm
n
With a 9-day fortnight, you'll have every second Friday off.
