Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be required to complete a variety of tasks to assist the maintenance department, including but not limited to:
Working with Workshop Manager to schedule day-to-day activities for Mechanical department
Coordinate preventative & Corrective Maintenance work through Mex
Maintain accurate asset records and maintenance histories
Check/verify prestart's and hour meter readings of assets
Creating, reviewing, and issuing maintenance and repair jobs from MEX requests/prestarts
Assist in parts ordering
Utilize Microsoft and other programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) for data entering and ordering
Follow and understand company procedures and processes relevant to the position
To be considered for the role, you will possess the following skills/attributes:
Familiarity with CMMS (Preferable MEX)
Experience of working in an office
Competence in the use of Microsoft Office suites
Basic Mechanical/Parts knowledge/Understanding
Friendly with a positive, outgoing & "can-do" attitude
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
