What You'll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience
Respond to customer enquiries, provide solutions, and promptly escalat issues when required
Manage customer complaints and resolve matters where possible, escalating when management involvement is needed
Take ownership of timely, accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS), Quality, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and legislative requirements
Maintain accurate warehouse and transport documentation in line with operational and compliance standards
Prepare and maintain KPI reports for assigned customers
Process orders, stock transfers, billing, and other administrative activities in accordance with standard operating procedures
Assist with stocktakes, customer visits, and other site-based activities
Support warehouse and transport operations through effective administration and coordination
Undertake additional duties as required to support business requirements
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support, or Logistics Administration role
Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience working with warehouse or transport management systems (desirable)
A commitment to maintaining compliance, accuracy, and service excellence
