You will work alongside experienced HR consultants who will help you build your confidence, judgement and commercial thinking.
As you develop, you will increasingly have the opportunity to own client relationships, make recommendations and become the person leaders call when they need help working something out.
One day you could be helping with a performance issue.
The next you might be involved in a restructure, recruitment project, leadership workshop, remuneration review, employment contract, HR strategy or a completely unexpected people problem.

What you might be doing You could be:
Supporting managers through employee relations and performance matters




Helping clients interpret Awards and employment obligations
Sitting in on client meetings and learning how experienced consultants approach complex situations
Drafting contracts, letters, policies and practical HR documentation
Helping deliver restructures and organisational change
Working on recruitment, remuneration, engagement and people projects
Coaching managers through difficult conversations
Researching a problem and coming back with a practical recommendation
Working with clients across completely different industries and stages of growth
Gradually taking ownership of your own client relationships
