Early Childhood Educator and Assistants (Qualified or Trainee)

We are seeking outstanding new additions to our teams for our Majura Park Childcare Centre. Our long-day care services are locally owned and managed and offer both Children and Educators beautiful spaces for play and education - within lovely communities.
n
We are specifically looking to strengthen our close-knit and qualified teams by hiring passionate individuals who are either working towards their Certificate III, have completed their Certificate III or are Diploma Qualified Educators.
n
Interested applicants must have:
n
n
A passion and joy for working with children;
n
A positive approach to supporting children and their families;
n
An intention to work and learn with our children for a meaningful period of time; and
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
n
Successful applicants will have:
n
n
be willing to enroll and work towards within the first 3 months; or
n
a Diploma in Children's Education and Care - or studying for one; or
n
have a relevant qualification and looking to join our fantastic team.
n
n

love and care for tiny humans with respect and passion;

develop and implement random educational activities at a moments notice,



or in line with a child's interest 'right now' whilst also planning cool activities for the future;
n
write about children in interesting and intelligent ways;
n
let children's families know how awesome their children are, frequently;
n
engage young minds to understand the value of sleep and good eating for growing minds and bodies;
n
reading and singing stories from books embracing moments of silliness and spontaneous play whilst enjoying "huggles" from multiple children;
n
educate a wide variety of different and wonderful young children appreciating their own unique learning journey.

You must be a positive person with:
n
n
Australian citizenship (or Visa eligibility to work in Australia);
n
a Working With Vulnerable People Check; and
n
a desire to care for and educating young children.
n
