Reporting to the Site Medical / HSE Lead, you will be responsible for delivering primary health care, emergency response, and injury management services across the mine site.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide emergency and primary health care to all site personnel and visitors
Respond to and manage in office medical emergencies, including trauma and medical incidents
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and fitness-for-work medical assessments
Maintain accurate medical records and incident documentation in line with site and regulatory requirements
Operate and monitor site security systems (such as Gallagher, Suresite, Rightcrowd & Avetta)
Support injury management, case management, and return-to-work planning
Deliver health education, promotion, and wellbeing initiatives across site
Maintain medical equipment, stock, and emergency response readiness
Participate in site emergency response exercises and drills
Work collaboratively with site HSE, mine rescue and management teams
