Our Client:

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care, and they are a leading National Aged Care provider who have a wonderful company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression and your career. They deliver quality care and are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their aged care team situated in a beautiful 5-star medium sized facility located in the Central Coast of NSW. You will be supported by a clinical Residential Aged Care Manager, and the facility operates with two CNMs.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
n
n
Working with the Residential Aged Care Manager and CNM
n
Ensuring clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
n
Support, coach and lead the clinical team
n
Support the Facility Manager with staff leadership, training and education
n
Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
n
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
n
Collaborate with GPs, allied health professional, residents and families
n
n
The Successful Candidate:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience
n




Experience working in a residential aged care or acute leadership role
n
Knowledge of AN-ACC, SIRs, clinical reporting and best practice
n
Experience in mentoring and developing clinical teams
n
Sound knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and clinical governance
n
Current Influenza and Covid vaccinations
n
Current National Police Clearance
n
