PART-TIME EVENT SALES & EXECUTION COORDINATOR

Queensland's premier catering company, D A L T O N Catering, is looking for an experienced and hands-on event specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity (3 days per week) from now until the end of ****. This contract role is ideal for someone passionate about event sales and delivery, with a robust background in managing event logistics and client relationships.
About the Role:
You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams both on- and off-site, playing a key role in event planning, coordination, and execution. We operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail and clear communication are everything.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing event sales and enquiries
Booking, planning and overseeing event logistics and set-up
Supporting daily operations and assisting with event delivery
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams




Leading Front of House teams during events
Leading as the on-site event manager and problem-solving expert
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in event coordination or event sales
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously, multitask and solve problems on the go
Confidence in working directly with clients and event teams
A good understanding of the Brisbane's QLD event scene is a plus
