What's on Offer

Earn approximately $112,000-$127,000 per year + super (based on a ***** hour working week - $*****/hr base rate plus overtime paid at penalty rates)

The Role
n
We are seeking a Transport Coordinator / Driver to lead a team of 5 drivers while staying actively involved in daily operations.
n
This is not a desk‐only position - you'll coordinate runs, support drivers, resolve delivery issues, and jump behind the wheel when required.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Allocate daily runs and manage driver schedules
n
Lead and support a team of drivers,



including performance, attendance, and accountability
n
Drive 3-4 days per week as required
n
Take calls from the yard and customers, resolving issues in real time
n
Act as the link between drivers, customers and operations
n
Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
n
Assist with loading, yard duties, and general operations when required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a reliable and proactive transport professional who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.
n
You will have:
n
n
Current MR licence (minimum) & Forklift Licence
n
Experience in transport, logistics, or delivery operations
n
Solid leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to stay organised and think on your feet
n
A hands‐on attitude - willing to drive, load, and assist around the yard
n
A strong safety focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
n
