If required you'll be mentored directly by our Founder and Principal Broker, Jazmin Griffin, who brings 19+ years in the finance industry, backed by a support team already in place. This isn't a "sink or swim" desk. It's a genuine opportunity to grow a career and a client base with real support behind you and unlimited income cap.

Bring in business and grow your own network and book

Work across residential, commercial, SMSF, and complex lending structures

Specialise and find your niche within the lending offerings

Build and manage your own client base with mentorship and support

About you

A broker already in the industry or ideally someone with a finance or banking background
n
Someone in sales with a strong customer service focus
n
Genuine drive to bring in business and grow your own network
n
A team player who thrives with support in a team workplace
n
A desire for mentorship, structure, and a long-term career in the industry
n
Friendly, personable, and a genuine team player

Comfortable with basic systems such as Word, email, and OneNote
