What might your week look like?
We don't believe sustainable clinical practice looks like back-to-back therapy from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
Your week is structured to include clinical work alongside the things that help you
do clinical work well
— administration, planning, supervision, collaboration, professional learning and team connection.
Our diary systems and admin team help take care of the logistics so you can spend more of your energy being a clinician.

Hold a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and are eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
Have strong paediatric clinical skills and a genuine desire to keep developing them
Enjoy working with neurodivergent children and children with complex communication needs

Oh and about the role
You'll assess, diagnose and provide intervention for children with a range of communication needs, developing individualised, evidence-informed therapy that makes sense for the child and family. Our clinicians work across clinic, school and community environments and collaborate closely with families, educators and other professionals.
