Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians, and office staff.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Answering incoming phone calls and emails
n
Scheduling and coordinating jobs for technicians
n
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and property managers
n
Preparing invoices, quotes, and job documentation
n




Managing customer records and job updates in AroFlo
n
Processing payments and general office administration
n
Assisting with day-to-day business operations
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Minimum 3 years administration experience
n
Previous experience in the trade industry preferred but not required
n
Strong computer and data entry skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
n
Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software is highly regarded
n
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
n
