We are currently recruiting multiple Site Manager positions with established commercial builders delivering a range of projects across Southeast Queensland. Opportunities are available across commercial, retail, industrial, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

THE ROLES
n
n
Take responsibility for day-to-day site delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
n
Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams.
n
Manage program, sequencing, quality, safety and site logistics.
n
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, suppliers and clients.
n
Drive projects to successful completion, on time and to a high standard.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
n




Robust knowledge of construction methodology and project sequencing.
n
Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
n
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Trade or construction qualification highly regarded.
n
