Fri 25 Sep *******:00 to Fri 25 Sep *******:30 - AM in charge - $3,500 per shift
Mon 28 Sep *******:00 to Tue 29 Sep *******:00 + on call to Tue 29 Sep *******:00 - PM in charge - $3,500 per shift
Thu 01 Oct *******:00 to Fri 02 Oct *******:00 + on call to Fri 02 Oct *******:00 - PM in charge - $3,500 per shift
Fri 02 Oct *******:00 to Sat 03 Oct *******:00 + on call to Sat 03 Oct *******:00 - PM in charge - $3,500 per shift
Sat 03 Oct *******:00 to Sun 04 Oct *******:00 + on call to Sun 04 Oct *******:00 - PM in charge - $3,500 per shift
