This role would suit an experienced Chef who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position while continuing to develop under our Head Chef.

Assisting with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Leading the team when required

Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Supporting ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation

Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained

Qualified chef with experience in a busy restaurant kitchen

Reliable, organised and calm under pressure

Solid communication and teamwork skills
