We're looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team across Nambucca, Valla and South Arm.
n You'll support people with disability in their everyday lives, helping them build independence, stay connected to their community and achieve their personal goals.
n
About the Role:
n
You'll provide person-centred support across a range of daily activities, including:
n
n
Personal care
n
Daily living support
n
Community access
n
Domestic tasks
n
Meal preparation
n
Complex support needs
n
n
Shift availability:
n
Regular shifts are available between 8:00am and 6:00pm. You will need to be available within this timeframe, with opportunities for additional shifts depending on client requirements.
n
Skills & Experience Disability support experience is highly regarded, particularly experience with:
n
n
Complex Bowel
n
Manual Handling
n




Mental Health
n
Autism Awareness
n
Diabetes
n
Mobility Support
n
Pressure and Wound Care
n
n

Pay Rates E3.1 Casual – In-Home and SIL
n
SCHADS Award rates before tax, including casual loading:
n
n
Monday–Friday: $*****/hr
n
Afternoon: $*****/hr
n
Active Night: $*****/hr
n
Saturday: $*****/hr
n
Sunday: $*****/hr
n
Public Holiday: $*****/hr
n

NDIS Worker Screening Check
