The Steampacket Hotel has been newly renovated into a vibrant haven for Batemans Bay locals, Canberrans on holiday, and anyone chasing great food and unbeatable atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced chef to join our growing kitchen team.

Chef Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
n
Contributing to menu development and specials
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen workplace
n
Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team
n
Managing stock, ordering, and reducing food waste
n
Ensuring food safety and compliance with hygiene standards
