We are looking for an ambitious and driven
Business Development Manager
to join our Property Management team in Mona Vale.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities and turn conversations into new business. You'll be responsible for growing our rent roll by prospecting for new landlords, presenting our property management offering and securing new managements, while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

About you
You may already be an experienced BDM,



or you could be a high-performing real estate professional ready to take the next step. What matters most is your drive, confidence, communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships.
You're commercially minded, proactive and motivated by results. You enjoy meeting people, winning new business and being rewarded for your performance.
Based in our Mona Vale office, this is a full-time opportunity to join a progressive agency where your success is recognized and rewarded.
Ideally you will possess:
Proven experience (2+ years) within the real estate industry in the same or similar position
Strong network and understanding of the local market
High level organization and time management skills
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Current Real Estate License
Current Driver's License & and reliable vehicle
Self-motivated & driven
Strong knowledge of the relevant legislation
