We are looking for a part time Café Supervisor/ Barista for our Roxburgh Park store who are team orientated, fast-paced, and have a passion for customer service!

Applicants will be experienced Barista's and work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in store.
n
Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
n
n
Assistingwith the overseeing and supervising day to day operations
n
Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
n
Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
n
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team
n
Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
n
Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
n




Barista duties including Latte art
n
n
Barista's who apply should be able to...
n
n
Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
n
Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
n
Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
n
Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
n
Supervise daily operations and large teams
n
Work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Have excellent presentation and customer service
n
